Hi, I'm Michelle.
I'm an integrative counsellor and I believe therapy doesn't need to feel clinical or intimidating.
I'm human too. Life hasn't always been perfect, and I understand that taking the first step into counselling can feel daunting.
My role isn't to judge you or tell you how to live your life. It's to give you a safe space to talk openly, understand yourself and begin making sense of whatever you're carrying.

Our Fees
To ensure a seamless experience, we require fees to be paid in advance of your remote session and on the day of your face to face session.
If you find yourself unable to attend, don’t worry! We’re happy to work with you to reschedule your session for a more convenient time within the week.
All counselling assessments are payable in advance
