Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost a sense of who you are?
Perhaps each day feels heavy, your energy is low, and things that once felt manageable now feel harder to face.
You might be questioning yourself, feeling disconnected, or struggling in your relationships—and wondering how things got to this point.
At Rose Therapy, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can gently make sense of what’s going on.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that mental and emotional well-being are integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.
Counselling is an investment in both time and finances, we appreciate how difficult it can be to justify a weekly commitment.

To ensure a seamless experience, we require fees to be paid in advance of your remote session and on the day of your face to face session.
If you find yourself unable to attend, don’t worry! We’re happy to work with you to reschedule your session for a more convenient time within the week.
All counselling assessments are payable in advance via bank transfer.

People come to counselling for many different reasons, and there’s no one “right” place to begin.

Our counsellors use evidence-based techniques to help you heal from the psychological impact of trauma, including anxiety and depression. We provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and develop strategies to move forward.
Our grief counselling services can help you cope with the loss of a loved one. Our counsellors provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings of grief, gain insights into your behaviour, and develop strategies to manage your grief and move forward.
Our anger management counselling services can help you manage and control your anger in healthy ways. Our experienced therapists provide guidance and support to help you identify the root causes of your anger, develop coping skills, and improve your relationships with others.
